Victoria Beckham has, according to her husband David Beckham, eaten basically the same meal every single day for nearly 30 years.
We all struggle to decide what to eat from time to time. If we’re not craving something specific, most of us have a few go-to meals we rotate between. For Victoria Beckham, however, one single meal has been the star of the show for almost three decades – at least according to her husband.
When he appeared on the River Cafe Table 4 podcast in 2022, David Beckham said: “I get quite emotional about food and wine, when I’m eating something great I want everyone to try it.
“Unfortunately I’m married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years.”

He explained that she has a very specific favorite meal, saying: “Since I met her she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables, she will very rarely deviate from that.
“The only time she’s probably ever shared something that’s been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper and it was the most amazing thing.
“It was one of my favourite evenings. I can’t remember what it was but I know she’s not eaten it since.”
Victoria herself has also admitted to being a very picky eater, and that there are certain things she refuses to eat – such as oil, butter, and sauces – according to VT. She does, however, reportedly enjoy plain wholegrain toast with salt on top.
“I do try to be quite disciplined in the way that I eat,” she reportedly said on BBC’s “Gordon Ramsay’s Perfect Christmas Lunch” in 2008. “I eat really healthy, I love Japanese food, lots of fish, any sort of fish, any sort of vegetable, lots of fruit, that kind of thing.”

In 2020, she told Net-A-Porter that she had cut back on fruit because it made her feel bloated, but that she still enjoys “lots of fresh fish, fresh vegetables and salads, as well as seeds and nuts.”
She likes to start every morning with a green juice, and according to CNBC, she also enjoys a treat or a glass of wine every now and then.
“I’m flexible with regards to food, as David and I are very sociable, and we like to eat out,” she said.
“My treat is a few glasses of red wine, and I also love tequila, and I do eat carbs. I have lots of avocado and really good fats, like salmon.”
