  • Save ½ cup pasta water, then drain

2. Cook shrimp

  • Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pan

  • Remove and set aside

3. Make garlic butter sauce

  • In same pan, add remaining butter
  • Sauté garlic (and chili flakes) for ~30 seconds
  • Add pasta water or broth + lemon juice

4. Combine

  • Add pasta + shrimp back into pan
  • Toss until well coated
  • Add parsley and parmesan if using
